¹¹ The ^(A)counsel of Yahweh stands forever,
The ^(B)thoughts of His heart from generation to generation.
¹² Blessed is the ^(C)nation whose God is Yahweh,
The people whom He has ^(D)chosen for His own inheritance.

¹³ Yahweh ^(E)looks from heaven;
